Just got your "thank you" note in the mail today. I am writing to tell you that I have given your trailers rave reviews..... As far as communication with Ponderosa, whether it be by phone or email, everyone I had the priveledge of speaking or dealing with was very professional and personable, easy to talk to, courteous and polite.
The SHORT time I had to wait to get a reply to an email or to speak with you was phenominal. I had answers within minutes, or at the very most, 24 hours. This was a great relief and I felt like I was important to Ponderosa. The price I was given was great....
We received phone calls letting us know that the trailer was leaving Arkansas and that the driver would contact us when he got close to our area. The Driver called and let us know where he was and when we could expect him to be at our home. When he got to our home with our trailer (at the time he said would be), I was pleased to find that he was very personable and very easy to talk to....He was a big hit with my 16 year old son, especially when talking about his truck and motorcycles. ...
Overall, if anyone would ask, I will highly recommend they they at least, talk to someone at Ponderosa before they buy a trailer from someplace else.....I would most defininitly purchase another trailer from Ponderosa should the need arise in the future.

I had looked for a trailer for about a month. I had just recently purchased a sport pony, and was anxious to start driving lessons with her.
After checking with 4 trailer dealerships, and getting nothing but reasons why I couldn't have a trailer when I needed it, and it would take six to eight weeks to build one. Then I came across your ad and called.
You set up an appointment with the Sarasota store and arrived at Barry's. No they did not have what I wanted on teh lot. However, within a week they would build me a trailer. Ya, sure I gave them the specs, they made suggestions. One week and a day, my pony and I had our first lesson together. This was very important to me. Thank You Ponderosa Trailers.
